What do we collect? OCM Sports Museum collect material from the following specialist areas: Sports in Malaysia; SEA Games; Asian Games ;Commonwealth Games; Olympic Games; OCM Sports Museum collect Costume and Textiles;objects, samples and information relating to the past, present and future of Sports in Malaysia.
It is important that only those items that can be used for display, education and study are collected.
The most important thing when collecting anything is that it has a ‘provenance’. This is the history of an item, where it was made, who used it and how it was used.
We appreciate all offers of items to the museum.

Majlis Olimpik Malaysia mengalu-alukan kepada sesiapa yang ingin menderma koleksi-koleksi sejarah sukan malaysia terutama yang berkaitan dengan Sukan SEA, Sukan Asia, Sukan Komanwel dan Sukan Olimpik seperti: Jersi, kasut, piala, pingat, pin, dan lain-lain yang mempunyai nilai-nilai sejarah untuk dijadikan bahan pameran.

Le musée national du Sport reçoit régulièrement des dons de personnalités du monde sportif et d’anonymes.
Vous pouvez participer à la vie du musée en donnant au musée : des photos, des ouvrages, des archives, des vidéos témoignant d’une compétition sportive, d’un grand évènement en rapport avec le sport, d’une œuvre sur le thème du sport, de la vie d’un sportif (pratiquant amateur ou professionnel) ou d’une personnalité du monde sportif (dirigeant, journaliste…),etc…
